Required fees other than the product price

• In the case of bank transfer, the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

• Regarding transportation costs for filming:
  Transportation costs are free for photo shoots within Sapporo city .
  For other areas (outside Sapporo and within Hokkaido), actual transportation costs will be charged separately (an estimate will be provided in advance).

• If you would like to request optional photography, extended photography time, additional editing, etc., additional fees may apply (we will inform you of these at the time of request).

Payment period

Please make payment within two weeks after your reservation is confirmed.
If we are unable to confirm your payment, your reservation may be cancelled.

*If your reservation is close to the shooting date, we will contact you individually.

 

Product delivery time (delivery)
After filming is complete, we will edit the footage and deliver it to you within approximately one month (urgent requests can be accommodated upon prior consultation).

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you cancel the photo shoot or production after applying, regardless of the reason, you will be charged a cancellation fee as follows.

• Up to one month before the shooting date: 10% of the fee

• Up to 2 weeks before the shooting date: 20% of the fee

• Up to one week before the shooting date: 30% of the fee

• The day before the shoot (up to 24 hours before): 50% of the fee

• On the day of the shoot (within 12 hours before): 100% of the fee

 

Regarding defective products and service issues
If there is any problem with the delivery data, please contact us immediately.

We will re-edit and re-send the document.

 

Liability

• We will not be liable for any damage to equipment or property at the shooting location unless the producer is clearly at fault.

• If delivery becomes impossible due to force majeure such as breakdown of filming or editing equipment, accidents, man-made trouble, natural disasters or other natural disasters, we will fulfill our responsibility to compensate by refunding the full production fee and will not be held responsible for any further damages.
